We have received a request from the community of Oso Washington and the Oso Fire Department to assist on March 22 from 0900 to 1200 with a memorial ceremony. We are hoping to have a diverse group of Honor Guard members as well as Pipe and Drums from Eastside, Seattle and Snohomish County.
If any of you could forward this request to those organizations I would appreciate it.
The P/D would stay on the 530 roadway while HG members may be “on site” with the flag raising. (It way be challenging due to weather)
We are expecting 500 to 1000+ community members. (Estimate)
This event impacted many, families, community members and responders. Please help us pay tribute to those lost and the incredible recovery efforts by all involved.
